Volcanoes National Park - Meet me There

​This truly unique experience will be with you for the rest of your life as you enjoy the spectacular beauty exploring Volcanoes National Park. The sights, sounds and smell are like nowhere else on earth as you walk on actual lava (cooled, of course), descend through a rain forest and experience steam vents up close and personal. 

 

We will be exploring the volcano of Kilauea with many stops to include a view of the Kilauea Caldera, steam vents to enjoy the raw power of the heat beneath our feet, Kilauea Iki Crater Overlook, exploring past lava flows and amazing scenery.

We drive around in a 2023 Ford F150 with a higher step up than usual.

What's included:   Bottled water and transportation to some spectacular sights.

 

What's extra:  Hawaii Volcanoes National Park entrance fee.

 

Meet up location: We will begin this tour at the visitor center at Volcanoes National Park or the Volcano House lobby.

 

End location: We end the tour at the visitor center or Volcano House.

 

Duration: Approx. 2-3 hours.

Physical requirements:   Must be able to get in and out of the truck unassisted.  Not wheelchair accessible.
